1. You can buy the ASIS - Option .... which is limited to 10 people. Otherwise they are "End Use".
2. You may use my tubes with other artist work as long as you give proper credit to Claudia's Pixeleulen (pixeleulen.bplaced.net).
3. Tubes can not be recolered in any way.
4. Tubes may not be added to other tubes or/and line packs for sale
5. It is not allowed to share my tubes with anyone else.
6. Tubes may not be claimed as your own. Please give proper credit to pixeleulen.bplaced.net
7. You may use the tubes to decorate your own personal websites, make signature tags, gifts for friends and adoptables or linkware as long as one of my logos is used on your site and linked back to Claudia's Pixeleulen.
8. I retain copyright of all the tubes available here. You may sell the items you create from using my and tubes, but the original images are still copyrighted to me.
9. You may NOT pass tubes around forums, newsgroups, message boards or through email groups. You may NOT use my tube images to put on CD's or distribute/resell them in any shape or form.
10. You may also make items such as sig tags, webpage graphics and adoptables and resell them as long as one of my logos is used on your site (same page as lines or tubes) and linked back to Claudia's Pixeleulen.
11. One of my logos has to be used anytime you have used any of my tubes on your site, whether it be for personal use or for resell. You may put them on a Links/Credits page.
12. I reserve the right to change and/or add to these Terms of Use any time I see the need and without any prior notice. Please read them regularly.
